WAA Chairman Mick Hersey, Vice President David Blevins, President Conrad Plyler and Chaplain Noah Chase of the John Paul Jones SAR Chapter participated in placing wreaths at 6 cemeteries around Bremerton and Port Orchard

Civil War Veteran Orrin Mills is honored with a Wreath from Wreaths Across America

Barry gave the opening remarks in the confines of a warm building.  Outside, the temperature was 7 degrees with snow on the ground and more falling;

Spokane #1 Chapter also participated in Wreaths Across America at Pines Cemetery and the VA Cemetery at Medical Lake. (L to R): Vice-Commander Stan Wills, Dennis Shaw, and Lt. Dale Ryan at Pines Cemetery.  Before the ceremony, Major Stan Wills gave a speech about the Battle of Trenton and described how the bitter cold weather and snow during the battle was similar to the weather they were experiencing that very day, in Spokane.  Afterwards, the 75 or so volunteers placed wreaths on the graves of 135 veterans.
